EZBOARD runs this service. Each club or school decides who joins its board and runs it.

• A random ID, and the club or school they belong to.
• A first name and last initial, typed by the athlete.
• Their group in each program they join.
• What they log, such as sessions, points and check-ins, and the settings they choose, such as an avatar colour or a target.
• A passkey's public key, and hashed copies of their access code and backup PIN. Biometric data never leaves their device.

First name and last initial only. We never keep an athlete's full name, email address, phone number, birth date, photo or location.

• Coaches and admins sign in with their email address.
• Admin actions, such as issuing codes, are logged with the staff member's ID and email address. The log never holds an athlete's name, code or PIN.

• Other athletes in the same program see a first name, last initial and points on the board, and only when they are signed in. An athlete can hide from the board.
• Coaches see the logs of the groups they are given. Admins see every group and issue the codes.
• The public sees nothing. No public page shows an athlete's data.

• Data is stored in Sydney, Australia. Coach sign-in and invite emails are sent through our email provider.
• It is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Nobody reaches the database directly. Every request goes through our server, which checks who is signed in.

• No tracking, no ads and no third-party analytics, on the web and in the EZBOARD app.
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
• On the web, one cookie keeps you signed in.

When a program ends, we delete its athletes' data (names, logs, codes, PINs and passkeys) within 90 days after its last day, unless the school asks us for a different period. Deleted data can stay in our hosting provider's backups for up to 7 days.
